CLASSES

BOOTCAMP

 HIIT (high intensity interval training) - bootcamp style. Classes are Monday - Wednesday-Friday at 9am, 10am, 5pm and 6pm (open/walk-in) 

STRENGTH AND FITNESS

 Personalized group training (class size 12)  + functional fitness movements - weights/cardio. Classes are Monday - Thursday 5am, 6am ,5pm, 6pm, and 7pm. Friday 5am, 6am, 5pm, and 6pm. Saturday 10am 

BARBELL

Barbell focused training, improving lifting techniques and form. Saturday 9am 

CARDIO BOXING

Cardio Boxing - 30 minute classes , no experience necessary, by appointment only.

Thu 5pm and 530pm / Sat 9am and 930am

Free to Unlimited Members, drop in rate $10 per class, pre-pay 10 classes for $90

KIDDIE FIT AND KID FIT

KIDDIE FIT: Interactive fitness program for parents and children up to 36 months. Starting new classes soon.

Free to Unlimited Family Plans, drop in rate $5 per class, pre-pay 10 classes for $45

KID FIT: Elementary School Age fitness program. Thursday 6pm -7pm

Free to Unlimited Family Plans, drop in rate $10 per class, pre-pay 10 classes for $90

OPEN GYM

Open Gym to work on your own and at your pace. Instructor on site. Open gym during all classes - space permitting. Also Saturday 9am-12pm and Sunday 6pm-8pm. Monthly and drop in rates available.
